Vote was <br />unanimous. <br />MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS: <br />Proclamations <br />Councilman Rios read in full a Proclamation declaring the week of <br />September 22 through 29, 1984, as CYSTIC FIBROSIS WEEK. <br />Councilman Rehrer read in full a Proclamation declaring the week of <br />September 17 through 23, 1984, as CONSTITUTION WEEK. <br />Mayor Huntoon read in full a Proclamation honoring the Kiwanians of <br />Colton and declaring the KIWANIS SIXTTETH ANNIVERSARY.
