482 Mr. Elliott concluded Staff recommends the Council adopt RESOLUTION NO. 4504 and require the developer to enter into a reimbursement agreement under which the developer would be obligated to repay any expenses that might be incurred by the City. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to ap- prove Staff's recommendation regarding the Mayer Group, Inc., and adopt RESOLUTION NO. 4504. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO. 4504 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON INDICATING ITS INTENT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF OBLIGATIONS TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN FINANCING A MULTIFAMILY RENTAL HOUSING PROJECT. Permits City Manager Elliott presented a request from Asociacion Mexicana Trabajadores Unidos for dance and parade permits for the Annual Mexican Independence Fiestas, September 15 and 16, 1984. Mr. Elliott stated Staff recommends approval, subject to review and ratification by the Police Department. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to ap- prove Dance and Parade Permits requested by the Asociacion Mexicana Trabajadores Unidos for the Annual Mexican Independence Fiestas as outlined by Staff. Unanimous vote. ADJOURNMENT: Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios and unan- imously passed, Mayor Huntoon adjourned the meeting at 8:10 p.m. HELEN A.
