ADJOURNED COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 30, 1987 In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council was held on the above given date at 5:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. ROLL CALL: Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Benest, City Attorney Edwards, and Assistant City Manager Keane. Absent was City Clerk Ramos. At the direction of Mayor Gonzales, City Attorney Edwards acted as the Clerk and took Minutes of the Meeting. 1987-88 Fiscal Year Budget: Assistant City Manager Keane presented her agenda report regarding the 1987-88 Budget, including revenue projections per attachment #1, and allocation of Revenue Sharing funds. Ms. Keane also reviewed Resolu- tion Nos. R-81-87, R-82-87, R-83-87, R-84-87 and R-85-87 for Council's consideration and approval. Ms. Keane recommended adoption of the five resolutions, the revenue projections, and the allocation of Revenue Sharing funds as outlined in her report. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to approve Staff's recommendations as outlined regarding the Fiscal Year 1987-88 Budget. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO. R-81-87 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING A CLAIM FOR SB -325 ROADS AND HIGHWAY FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF COLTON. RESOLUTION NO. R-82-87 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE ANNUAL APPRO- PRIATIONS LIMIT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1987-88. RESOLUTION NO. R-83-87 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF COLTON FOR THE 1987-88 FISCAL YEAR. RESOLUTION NO. R-84-87 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AUTHORIZING REGULAR AND SPECIAL POSITIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE BASIC SALARY RESOLUTION AND ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FIS- CAL YEAR 1987-88.
