Minutes - City Attorney Edwards reported the City Clerk has prepared a memorandum with regard to a request from Mr. Olin A. Schneyer. Mr. Edwards stated Mr. Schneyer represents the property owner of the property located at 240 E. Congress Street involved in the General Plan. Mr. Edwards said Mr. Schneyer has asked for clarification of Councilwoman Garcia's motion as reflected in the minutes. Mr. Edwards stated he has reviewed the minutes and the transcript of the recorded tape of the meeting,and in his opinion,the minutes are correct as presented and W
