There will be no separate discussion on these <br />items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt <br />unless Members of the Council, Staff, or the public request specific <br />items be discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for <br />separate action. <br />ONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting held November <br />3, 1987, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Approval of Warrants - Nos. 63646 through 63657, 63658 through <br />63982, Nos. 135012 through 135190, 135191 through 135339 (Novem- <br />ber 12, 1987) inclusive, as recommended by the Asst. City Manager. <br />(3) Notice of Completion - Authorize filing the Notice of Comple- <br />tion for Rehabilitation Loan 87-STBG-077-42. <br />(4) Graffiti Program - Consider RESOLUTION NO. R-147-87, to define <br />blight and prevent blight for Graffiti Program. <br />(5) Recycling Facilities - Consider RESOLUTION NO. R-149-87, fixing <br />and establishing fees for applications pertaining to Recycling <br />Facilities, pursuant to Ordinance No. 0-17-87. <br />(6) Parcel Maps - Offer of Dedication for Cooley Drive as part of <br />Parcel Map 117442. <br />(7) Library - Submission of United States Department of Education <br />Library Literacy Grant Application. <br />1 <br />
