R-129-87: <br />Motion Second <br />STAFF REPORTS: <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />(24) Consider adoption of San Bernardino County's Uniform Environmental <br />Health Code, consider First Reading of ORDINANCE NO. 0-20-87. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />(25) CLOSED SESSION - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, <br />to give instructions regarding negotiations with multiple prop- <br />erty owners concerning property at the southwest corner of San <br />Bernardino and Eucalyptus Avenues, and Pending Litigation, pur- <br />suant to Government Code Section 54956.9. <br />(26) Approval of Conditions for Owners to proceed with development in <br />a portion of the West Valley area of the City of Colton: <br />A. Authorize Staff to initiate negotiations for the purchase of <br />12 one acre parcels at the southwest corner of Eucalyptus and <br />San Bernardino Avenues. <br />B. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Subdivision Agreement <br />with property owners to provide for construction of storm <br />drain facilities. <br />C.
