There will be no separate discussion on these <br />items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt <br />unless Members of the Council, Staff, or the public request specific <br />items be discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT_ CALENDAR for <br />separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting held August 18, <br />1987, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Approval of Warrants - Nos. 61913 through 62284, and Nos. <br />133347 through 133430, 133346/13341 through 133431 (August 28, <br />1987) inclusive, as recommended by the Asst. City Manager. <br />(3) Bids - Award of Landscape Maintenance District Contract for <br />1987-88, City Project 11PW87-8. <br />(4) Bids - Cancel Bid Award to Sunland Ford and Award Bid to next <br />lowest bidder, Tom Bell Toyota in the amount of $10,659.36. <br />(5) Personnel - Provisional Appointment for Police Officer <br />Trainees. <br />(6) Personnel - Set for Public Hearing, Tuesday, September 15, <br />1987, Amendment to City's Pay & Classification Plan to Include <br />Building Maintenance Superintendent. <br />(7) Tract Files - Approval of Tracts 1111103 and 1111153 and <br />authorize recording. <br />1 <br />
