Mayor <br />Gonzales commended the 89 employees that participated in the Blood <br />Drive, stating maybe next time it will be 100%. <br />League of California Cities <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, appointing <br />Councilwoman Cisneros as the Voting Delegate and Mayor Gonzales as the <br />Voting Alternate for the 1988 Annual League of California Cities Con- <br />ference in San Diego, October 16 - 199 1988. <br />2 <br />
