Recom- <br />mend denial. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to ap- <br />prove the Consent Calendar. Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Boards & Commissions <br />Utilities Commission/Cemetery Commission <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, ratifying <br />appointments of Greg A. Goatcher to the Utilities Commission and <br />Rachel Gaskins to the Cemetery Commission. Unanimous vote. <br />Proclamations <br />Mayor Gonzales read in full a Proclamation declaring the week of <br />March 7 through 11, 1988, as ARBOR DAY WEEK. The Proclamation was <br />accepted by Human Services Director Richard Holmer. <br />Mr. Holmer made a presentation with regard to Arbor Day activities. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Codes <br />Res. No. R-18-88 <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Posting and reported that <br />no protests or objections had been received. <br />City Clerk Ramos reported from her memorandum regarding standardized <br />Conflict of Interest Code, incorporating Regulation 18730 from the Cal- <br />ifornia Administrative Code, Section 18730, Fair Political Practices <br />Commission, recommending adoption of Resolution No. R-18-88, to in- <br />corporate Regulation 18730. Mrs. Ramos advised the Code for the City <br />of Colton will be complete with the addition of the Appendices to this <br />statement, listing the designated employees and spelling out their <br />assigned disclosure categories. <br />2 <br />
