SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 26, 1990 <br />A Specil Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located <br />at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, at 4:00 p. m., <br />Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Notice of Special Meeting was given on November 23, 1990, in compli- <br />ance with Government Code Section 54956. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, and Mayor Gonzales. <br />Also present were City Manager Sotelo, City Attorney Edwards, and <br />City Clerk Ramos. Absent were Councilmen Rehrer and Lofy. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 4:15 p. m., to discuss <br />Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and re- <br />convened at 5:02 p. m., all Members present. <br />Audit <br />City Attorney Edwards announced the City Council had considered the <br />selection of an auditing firm for the 1989-90 Fiscal Year Audit. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to accept <br />the proposal of KPMG Peat Marwick to perform the 1989-90 Fiscal Year <br />Audit for the City. Motion carried, with Mayor Gonzales voting NO. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />There being no further business to come before the City Council at this <br />time, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the Meeting at 5:03 p. m. <br />HELEN A.
