SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />November 19, 1991 <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located <br />at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, at 6:30 p. m., <br />Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Notice of Special Meeting was given on November 15, 1991, in compliance <br />with Government Code Section 54956. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Roman, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Stratton and City Clerk <br />Ramos. <br />Review of Proposed Revisions to City's Zoning Ordinance <br />Community Development Director Aguilera stated this meeting was sched- <br />uled for the purpose of reviewing with the City Council the proposed <br />changes to the City's Zoning Ordinance prior to setting this item for <br />public hearing. <br />Mr. Aguilera began the review with the Schedule of Changes, commenting <br />and discussing items: (1) Preface. (2) General Provisions - 18.02. <br />(3) Definitions - 18.04. (4) Zoning Districts and Maps - 18.06. <br />(5) Agriculture Zone - 18.08. (6) Residential Estate Zone - 18.10. <br />(7) Single Family Residential Zone - 18.12. (8) Duplex Residential <br />Zone - 18.14. (9) Multiple Family Residential - 18.16. (10) Neigh- <br />borhood Commercial Zone - 18.18. (11) Business Park Zone - 18.20. <br />(12) General Commercial Zone - 18.22. (13) Industrial Park Zone - <br />18.24. (14) Light Industrial Zone - 18.26. (15) Heavy Industrial <br />Zone - 18.28. (16) Sensitive Development Area Overlay Zone - 18.30. <br />(17) Planned Community Overlay Zone - 18.32.
