ADJOURNED REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING JOINT MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF COLTOM NOVEMBER 16, 1993 In accordance with notice duly and legally given,, an Ad)ourned Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton, in Joint Session with the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, was held on the above given date at 8.-25 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Gonzales and Chairperson Cisneros presiding. CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL: Council members present were Bennett, Sandoval, Rios, Cisneros, Beltran, Cook and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City Attorney Biggs, City Manager Young and City Clerk Ramos. REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ROLL CALL: Agency Members present were Bennett, Sandoval, Rios, Gonzales, Cook® Beltran and Chairperson Cisneros. Also present were Executive Director Young, Economic Development Director Gabriel, Legal Counsel Biggs and Assistant Secretary Ramos. JOINT PUBLIC HEARING� Consideration of Ordinances Enacting a Sales and Use Tax for the Cooley Ranch Prolect Area and A'ovro al o Certain Aqreemc dm �nts for the Ainistration of Said Sales and Use Tax. Economic Development Director Gabriel reported in anticipation of J future development in the Cooley Ranch Project Area, the Redevelopment Agency and the City Council have directed the preparation of documents for the enactment of certain sales use tax ordinances and implementation of agreements that pertain to it as followso- ordinance No. 0-23-93 for consideration by the City Council, amending the Colton Municipal Code to grant credits against sales and uses taxes owed to the City relative to development in the Cooley Ranch Area; RDA 1-931 Ordinance of the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton enacting a sales and use tax for the Cooley Ranch Pro3ect Area and Redevelopment Agency Resolution No. 611, approving agreements for the administration thereof.
