City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported no protests or objections had been received. Economic Development Director Gabriel reported based on the study session with the Redevelopment Agency earlier this evening, regarding the refinancing of the Rancho Mediterrania Mobilehome Park and the proposed schedule of actions discussed at that presentation, there are several documents that require conderation and action by the Redevelopment Agency, the City si Council and the Colton Public Finaning Authority. Director Gabriel recommended the approval and adoption of Resolution No. R-120-93 by the City Council, Resolution No. 613 by the Redevelopment Agency and Resolution No. 93-1 by the Colton Public Financing Authority. Moved by Councilmember Cisneros, seconded by Councilmember Beltran, to close the Joint Public Hearing. Motion carried. Moved by Councilmember Cisneros, seconded by Councilmember Beltran, 4 to adopt CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. R-120-93. Motion carried. Moved by RDA Member Rios, seconded by RDA Member Gonzales, to adopt RDA RESOLUTION NO. 613. Motion carried. Moved by PFA Member Gonzales, seconded by PFA Member Cook to adopt -1. Motion carr*ed. CPFA RESOLUTION NO. 93 1 Member Bennett asked where this idea came from. Director Gabriel reported it orginated with RDA Executive Director Young. Director Young said it was one of the things he brought back from the League of California Cities Annual Conference.
