COUNCIL MEETING <br />AUGUST 17, 1993 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above given date at 6:39 p. m., in the Council Chambers <br />of the City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />FLAG,SALUTE: <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Invocation was dispensed with as Fr. McNally was not present at <br />this time. <br />Councilmembers present were Bennett, Sandoval, Rios, Cisneros, <br />Cook, Beltran and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City Manager <br />Young, City Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Ramos. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />With Council approval, Mayor Gonzales announced that Item 14 was <br />continued to the Council Meeting of September 7, 1993. Item 12 was <br />pulled for discussion following approval of Consent Calendar. As <br />requested by Councilmember Sandoval, Items 3 to 11 were pulled for <br />individual discussion. <br />CONSENT gA&MMAR: <br />(1) Minutes <br />Approval of Adjourned Meeting Minutes of July 27, 1993, <br />July 28, 1993, August 2, 1993, August 3, 1993 and the <br />Regular Meeting held August 3 1993 as on file in the <br />Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Ha_rrants <br />
