COUNCIL MEETING <br />A Regales Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above given date at 6:35 . ,, in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />FLAG SAES <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag. <br />1WJO CA I O <br />Invocation was offered by Chaplain James C. Stovall. <br />ROLL CALLO <br />Councilmembers reser] were Bennett, Sandoval, Rios, Cisneros, <br />Cook, Beltran fand Mayor Gonzales. Also resent were City <br />Manager Youngs City Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Ramos. <br />PUBLIC O'T% <br />ncanto Court <br />Preset as a group were Messrs. Don Bradley, Jerry Bailey, and <br />Steve Howard. Mr. Bradley repeated they lived in the Encanto <br />Court area and they were back to remind Council they had, assured <br />the residents that Council would tike care of everything. He has <br />noticed contractors in the area but Mr. Bradley said he has not <br />heard from the City. Having only the Council's word, with <br />heavy rain season expected, Mr. Badley stated he spoke with, City <br />Clerk Ramos who told him that the City would be repairing and <br />restoring to order only e part € f the damage. Mr. Bradley <br />emphasized that they were relying on the City's word that they <br />would take case of everything now and worry about fault at a <br />later time. <br />City .Attorney Biggs advised that because of potential litigation <br />facing the City the matter cannot be discussed in this forum <br />She indicated that the City is aware of the problems and doing <br />everything it can at this time. <br />
