COUNCIL MEETING <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above <br />given date at 7:35 P, M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Mayor Gonzales <br />presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />INVOCATION: <br />invocation was Offered by Chaplain Michael McNally. <br />R LL CALL: <br />Gouncilmembers present were Bennett, Sandoval, Rios, Cisneros, Gook, Beltran and <br />Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Young, Deputy City Attorney Riggs <br />and City Clerk Ramos. <br />AGENDA REVIEW - <br />There was no agenda review. Mayor Gonzales called attention to the correction <br />submitted by the City Clerk's Office on the proposed minutes of 5/18/93. To 'Page <br />?,the Motion as to Resolution of Intention and Ordinance No. O -J 2-93 was added. <br />Councilrnember Rios, on Item 7 of said minutes, asked if the hours requested for <br />Fleming Park Use were correct. It was determined that the hours were correctly <br />listed, <br />Councilrnember Bennett referred to Discussion Iteran and the grammatical error <br />found in the sentence, "It was not unclear,.." The sentence was corrected to road, <br />"It was unclear..." On Graffiti, Page 5, Councilrnember Bennett stated the following <br />sentence was incorrect, "She asked that these sections be incorporated in the Graffiti <br />Ordinance." Gouncilmember Bennett stated she had asked for support for the Police <br />Department and had urged them to start using [the cede sections] more aggressively. <br />She said she knew the citations were on the docket and supported the Police <br />Department to use thea. She did not want the citations added to the graffiti <br />ordinance. <br />1 <br />99 3 <br />
