It was suggested that the monies be divided amongst the districts for 'improvements throughout the City. Councilmember Beltran reminded the Council that the recreation center is in the Third District, % however,, it is available for use by all of Colton's citizens, young and old. He stated there is a misconception when the term "Teen Center" is used. It should be referred to as the "Recreation Center." Councilmember Beltran urged that one be allocated to the "Recreation Center" in the Third District.
