A Regular Meeting of the City council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above given date at 6.32 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE-* <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group In the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag. <br />IEOA'lO g <br />Invocation was offered her Chaplain Glen C. Ramis. <br />RgLL CALL-. <br />Councilmembers present were Bennettt Sandoval,, Rios, Cisneros, <br />Cooko Beltran, and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were Cit <br />Manager Young, City Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Ramos. <br />x <br />YouthCantu° <br />Miss Jens Gaskins, Member Colton Youth Board addressed the City <br />Council requesting that. the Youth Board be given the opportunity <br />to have some input into the plans for the Youth Center. <br />Councilmember Sennett recommended that this be placed on the <br />Agenda for the next Council Meeting. Mayor Gonzales recommended <br />that the request be forwarded to Ms. Rita Coronado, the staff <br />liaison to the Youth Board. Staff could made a presentation to <br />the Youth Board when it meets. <br />ouncilme h r Bennett stated the school district his appointed <br />two school representatives to review the Joint Powers Agreement <br />by and between the School District and City and that the City <br />Council should appoint two from the City Council to do the same. <br />Mayor Gonzales said this could be placid on the next.
