COUNCIL MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 2 2 o 1993 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above given date at 6:35 p. m., in the Council Chambers <br />of the City Mall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales called for the invocation to be .followed by a moment <br />of silence to honer the memory of former Councilwoman Pauline A. <br />Garcia. who passed away on September 16, 1993. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Invocation was offered. by Chaplain Kim Starr. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present. were Bennett, Sandoval, Rios, Cisneros, <br />Cook, Beltran and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City manager <br />Young, Cita Attorney Briggs and Cita Clerk Ramus. <br />REDEVELOPXENT AGENCY: <br />Chairperson Cisneros called the Redevelopment Agency to order. <br />RDA -ROLL CALL <br />Agency Members present were Bennett, Sandoval, Rios, Mayor <br />Gonzales, Cook., Beltran and Chairperson Cisneros. Also present. <br />were Economic Development Director Young, Agency Counsel Biggs and <br />Agency Secretary Ramos. <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />The City Council and Redevelopment Agency adjourned. to Closed. <br />Session at 6:38 P. M., .RDA to discuss Litigation Matters, pursuant <br />to Government Code Section 54956.9 (a) , as to Discount Tire Center; <br />Property Acquisition Issue, TMI and City Council to discuss City <br />vs. Blue Ribbon Nuraery. . <br />
