Appendix—Commission & Board Members by District/Name/Term Ends <br />City Manager Garcia conducted a round table discussion with dialogue and input from staff and the <br />commission and board members. <br />Economic Development Director Robb Steel gave a brief overview of the Redevelopment Agency's <br />History, Goals, Financing, Budget, Tax Increment, and the relationship between the Agency the <br />citizens of the City of Colton. <br />Discussion continued with clarification provided by staff. <br />At 8:37 p.m. Councilmember Hutton left the room. <br />At 8:45 p.m. Councilmember Grimsby left the room. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Mayor Pro Tempore Cook adjourned the Meeting at 8:52 p.m., due to an absence of a quorum as <br />Councilmember Hutton and Councilmember Grimsby were no longer present. <br />CAROLINA P.
