R-82- <br />00. <br />COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY: <br />Retention Reduction/WWTP 2MG Expansion Project <br />Utility Director Clarke reported satisfaction with the type of work completed on Phase I and <br />requested the release of approximately $170,000 of retention, presently held for the project. He <br />stated that the balance of money in retention, for Phase 11, was more than 5 %. <br />MOTION/VOTE: Motion made by Mayor Pro Tempore Bennett, seconded by CM Sanders, to <br />pull this item from the agenda and direct Staff to submit the four change orders and the original <br />bid documents.
