COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY: Retention Reduction/WWTP 2MG Expansion Project Utility Director Clarke reported satisfaction with the type of work completed on Phase I and requested the release of approximately $170,000 of retention, presently held for the project. He stated that the balance of money in retention, for Phase 11, was more than 5 %. MOTION/VOTE: Motion made by Mayor Pro Tempore Bennett, seconded by CM Sanders, to pull this item from the agenda and direct Staff to submit the four change orders and the original bid documents. Motion carried with CM Chastain absent.
