I lonorable Chairperson and Agency Boardmembers: DUPLICATE ORIGINAL POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST ISSUES FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY mFFTING OF DECEMBER 18,2001 2.04.30 Gift Disclosure Requirements. A. Prior to rendering a decision in any proceeding involving a license, permit, contract or other entitlement pending before the Redevelopment Agency Boardmembers, any Boardmember who has received, been promised a gift - or gifts aggregating $50.00 or more in value within the preceding twelve months from a party or participant in the proceeding shall disclose that fact either orally or in writing dufing open session. This disclosure shal be made part of the official public record of the proceeding, either as part of the minutes of the meeting or as a separate writing filed with the city. D. PUBLIC HEARING. TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER A RESOLUTION OF THE RE"DE.V ELOPM ENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF COLTON FINDING THAT AGGREGATING FOR PURPOSES OF SATISFYING CERTAIN AFFORDABLE HOUSING REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 33413 OF THE HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE NEW OR SUBSTANTIALLY REHABILITATED LOW -AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSING DEVELOPED IN ONE OR MORE PROJECT AREAS IN THE CITY OF COLTON DOES NOT CAUSE RACIAL OR ETHNIC SEGREGATION - Chairperson declares the Public Hearing open. City Clerk submits the Affidavit of Publication and reports on Protests or Objections thereto. Staff Presentation.
