CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY <br />AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES <br />November 18, 2003 <br />Regular Meeting held on the above -given date at 5:07 p.m., in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall, with Mayor Pro Tempore Chastain presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Zamora, Mitchell, Ramos, De La Rosa, Hernandez, and <br />Mayor Pro Tempore Chastain. Mayor Bennett arrived at 5:07 p.m. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to <br />discuss Item A and B. <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b) <br />Number of Potential Cases: 1 <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Initiation of Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c) <br />Number of Potential Cases: 1 <br />At 5:07 p.m. Mayor Pro Tempore Chastain adjourned the meeting to Closed Session <br />and at 6:00 p.m.; the meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet in Closed Session on Items A <br />and B with no reportable action. <br />A.
