(7) Award of Bid/A&S BMW Motorcycles — Approved award of bid for the purchase of two (2) Police Motorcycles for the Police Department to A & S BMW Motorcycles Utilizing Vehicle Impound Traffic Enforcement Program (VITEP) Funds in the amount of $57,030.00. (12) Grant Funds — Approve and Adopt a Resolution Allowing the City of Colton to Apply for Grant Funds under the Per Capita Grant Program as part of the Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2002, ($220,000), RESOLUTION NO.
