CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />July 1, 2003 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Special Meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Colton was held on the above -given date at 4:05 p.m., with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />Councilmembers present were Zamora, Mitchell, Ramos, Chastain, De La Rosa, Hernandez <br />and Mayor Bennett. Also present were City Manager Parrish, City Attorney Martinez and <br />Derleth, and City Clerk Barrera. <br />Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of studying and or taking action on the following <br />matters: <br />City Attorney Martinez announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to <br />discuss Item A through G. <br />A.
