SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON <br />UTILITY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />March 24, 2004 <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency/Colton Utility Authority of the <br />City of Colton was held at 5:05 p.m., on the above -given date in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, Mayor Bennett <br />presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on March 20, 2004, in compliance with <br />Government Code Section 54956. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Zamora, Mitchell (Present at 5:21 P.M.), Ramos (Present at <br />5:07 P.M.), Chastain, DeLaRosa, Hernandez, and Mayor Bennett. Also present were City <br />Manager Parrish, City Attorney Derleth, and City Clerk Barrera. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />City Attorney Derleth announced the City Council would meet in Closed Session regarding <br />the following items: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Significant Exposure to Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c) <br />Number of Potential Cases: 1 <br />At 5:06 P.M., Mayor Bennett adjourned the special meeting to Closed Session and at 5:47 <br />P.M., the meeting was reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported the City Council did meet in Closed Session and discussed <br />the items previously announced: <br />A.
