CITY OF COLTON <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />January 20, 2004 <br />Regular Meeting held on the above -given date at 6:05 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Bennett led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Pastor McShane led the invocation. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Members Present: <br />Mayor Deirdre Bennett <br />Ramon M. Hernandez <br />John D. Mitchell <br />Kelly J. Chastain <br />Helen A. Ramos <br />Richard A. De La Rosa <br />Absent: <br />Sarah S. Zamora <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Staff Present: <br />Daryl Parrish, City Manager <br />Dean Derleth, City Attorney <br />Carolina P. Barrera, City Clerk <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />JANUARY 20, 2004. <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />Mayor Bennett acknowledged Private First Class McShane who was in the audience. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />Presentation - CM Mitchell introduced members of Colton High School, Young <br />Republicans Club, and presented them with a $500 check from <br />Manufacturing Housing and Educational Trust to set up their <br />newly formed organization. <br />ORDINANCES: <br />First Reading <br />2004 JAN 20 REG CC/RDA/CUA MEETING -2- <br />
