CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />OCTOBER 05, 2004 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above <br />given date at 5:05 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Pro Tempore <br />Hernandez presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Zamora, Ramos, Chastain, Hernandez, De La Rosa and Mayor <br />Bennett. CM Mitchell absent. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />the following items: <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(x) <br />Name of Case: Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton v. Colton Non -Profit Senior Housing, et al. <br />Case Number: San Bernardino, Superior Court Case No. SCVSS 114148 <br />City Attorney Derleth adjourned the meeting to Closed Session and at 6:00 p.m.; the meeting <br />reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet in Regular Closed Session and <br />discussed Items A with no reportable action. <br />A.
