Community Development Director Zamora presented for Council consideration with an overview of the agenda report and requested approval of staffs recommendation. Motion/second by CM Hernandez/Ramos to terminate Public Hearing. Unanimous vote. Motion/second by CM Hernandez/Ramos to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-108-04 and to waive full reading and pass first reading of Ordinance No. 0-29-04. Unanimous vote. Amendment to Aqua Mansa Industrial Corridor Specific Plan This was the time and place fixed to consider an amendment to the Agua Mansa Industrial Corridor Specific Plan to re -designate property located at 1600 Agua Mansa Road (Assessor Parcel Nos. 260-072-02, 03 & 04 and 260-072-15 and 16) from Agricultural/Open Space/Equestrian to medium industrial: File Index Number DAP -000-281. Mayor Bennett declared the Public Hearing "Open". City Clerk Barrera said the Affidavit of Publication was on file in the City Clerk's Office and stated that no protests or objections were received. Mayor Bennett announced and with no objection from Council that this item would be continued to October 19, 2004 at the request of the applicant.
