Flores, Senior Deputy City Clerk <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />JUNE 1, 2004. <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CIVIC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />V Presentation - AQMD Representative, Chino Council Member Dennis Yates provided a <br />PowerPoint presentation. <br />PUBLIC HEARING: <br />New Fees <br />This was the time and place fixed to consider a resolution of the city council of the city of Colton, <br />establishing certain new fees and increasing certain existing fees for various services provided <br />by the city. <br />Mayor Bennett declared the Public Hearing "Open" <br />Senior Deputy City Clerk Flores said the Affidavit of Publication was on file in the City Clerk's <br />Office and stated that no protests or objections were received. <br />City Manager Parrish presented for Council consideration and approval of staff's <br />recommendation. <br />Motion/second by CM Hernandez/De La Rosa to terminate Public Hearing. Motion carried with <br />CM Chastain absent. <br />Motion/second by CM Hernandez/Ramos to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-55-04. <br />Motion carried with CM Chastain absent. <br />ORDINANCE: <br />First Reading: <br />Amending Chapter 15.40 of the Colton Municipal Code Relating to Historic Preservation <br />2004 JUNE 1 REG CC/RDA/CUA MEETING -3- <br />
