(3) Warrants — Approved Payable Warrants #67741 to #67876, Dated 10/07/04, Totaling $512,441.81 and Payroll Disbursement Listing form 10/28/04, Totaling $638,600.70, on file in the Finance Department. (4) Permit/Colton Post #155 — Approved request of the use of Fleming Park by the Colton American Legion, Post #155 on Thursday, November 11, 2004, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Staff also recommends that this Approval be Contingent upon the User Group Providing Proof of Liability Insurance, as well as a Cleaning Deposit to protect the City. (5) Permit/Calvary Cha el of Colton - Approved Facility Reservation request for Fleming Park on Friday, November 26, 2004, 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Event usage is for a Youth Concert, and the Applicant is Calvary Chapel of Colton. (7) Award of Contract/GK and Associates — Approved award of Contract for Engineering/Design Services of Colton -San Bernardino (Colton Avenue) Bike Lane Project to GK and Associates in the Amount of $110,700, RESOLUTION NO.
