CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b) <br />Number of Cases: 1 Potential Case <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that he would recuse himself from discussion of Item F due to <br />Conflict of Interest as BB&K represents other parties involved in the transaction. City Attorney <br />Derleth adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 7:15 p.m. and at 9:03 p.m.; the meeting <br />reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet in Regular Closed Session and <br />discussed Items A and F with reportable action on Item F. <br />A.
