CITY OF COLTON CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY FEBRUARY 15,2005 In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:02 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL Councilmembers present were, Hernandez, De La Rosa, Ramos Mitchell Suchil, and Mayor Bennett. Councilmember Chastain absent. City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss the following items: CLOSED SESSION: A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Significant Exposure to Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b) Number of Cases: 1 Potential Case Claim by Freddy Enriquez relating to Police Issue CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c) Number of cases: 1 potential case [Perchlorate] C. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 Real Property Negotiator: Candace Cassel, Redevelopment Manager Real Property: Parcel No. 0161-221-37 in Colton, CA Negotiating Party: Louise Wang A.K.A. Ma Wang Nien Hwa and John Liu Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Payment City Attorney Derleth adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:05 p.m. and at 6:00 p.m.; the meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet in Regular Closed Session and discussed Items B and C with reportable action on Item B. Item A would be deferred until after the Regular Meeting. A.
