(10.) Agreement/Discover Plastics - Approval of Electric Service Agreement between the City <br />of Colton and Discover Plastics. <br />(11.) Contract/City of Azusa — Authorize the City Manager to Enter into an Agreement with the <br />City of Azusa to continue providing Utility Billing Services, which agreement shall be <br />acceptable in form by the City Attorney. <br />(12.) Reject Bids/Big League Dreams - Authorization Request to Reject All Bids and to Solicit <br />Another Bid for the Construction of Big League Dreams Sport Park Project. <br />(13.) Solicit Bids/Fuel Storage Tank Upgrade Project - Authorization Request to Solicit Public <br />Bids for the Corporate Yard Fuel Storage Tank Replacement Project, and Approve and <br />Adopt a Resolution to Establish the $175,000 Budget in the Internal Service Fund, <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-01-05. <br />(14.) Agreement/Department of Transportation — Approve Agreement for the Award of an <br />additional $200,000 in Funding provided by the Department of Transportation; Approve <br />and Adopt a Resolution Budgeting an additional $200,000 for the Colton Bike Lane <br />Project in the Remaining Amount of $200,000, RESOLUTION NO. R-02-05. <br />(15.) Agreement/Department of Toxic Substances — Approve the Covenant to Restrict Use of <br />the Corporate Yard Property; Approve the Operation and Maintenance Agreement <br />between the City and Department of Toxic Substances and Direct City Manager to <br />Execute on behalf of the City; Direct Staff to Record the Covenant to Restrict Use of the <br />Corporate Yard Property in the Official Records of San Bernardino County; and, Direct <br />City Staff to File a Notice of Exemption with the San Bernardino County Clerk within Five <br />(5) working Days of the approval of the Covenant to Restrict Use and the Operation and <br />Maintenance Agreement. <br />(16.) Contract/West Valley Water District — Approval of Contract Rate with West Valley Water <br />District. <br />(17.) Award of Bid/Navigant Consulting — Approval of Contract with Navigant Consulting Inc., <br />for Cost -of -Service and Rate Design Study in an Amount Not -to -Exceed $64,999 subject <br />to Contract Term Negotiation and Approval by City Attorney. <br />(18.) RDA/Set Public Hearing for RDA Implementation Plan - Consideration and approval to <br />set the date for a public hearing to review and adopt the 2005-2009 Redevelopment <br />Implementation Plan for the Meeting of February 15, 2005. <br />(19.) CUA/Award of Bid/Spiniello Construction — Authorize the City Manager to Execute a <br />Contract with Spiniello Construction for the Mill Street Pipeline Relining Project in an <br />Amount Not -to -Exceed $99,616.00. <br />(20.)
