CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />MARCH 1, 2005 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above <br />given date at 5:09 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were De La Rosa, Ramos Mitchell Suchil, and Mayor Bennett. <br />Council members Chastain and Hernandez absent. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />items A, B, and C. Item D would not be discussed and the City Attorney would recuse himself <br />from Items B and C as this is a conflict since BB&K represent other parties involved in the <br />transaction. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS <br />Property: APN Nos.: 0275-191-06 and 0275-191-30 <br />Agency Negotiator: Daryl Parrish, City Manager and Al Holliman, Assistant City Manager <br />Negotiating Parties: City of Grand Terrace (name of negotiator to be announced) and Aaron Hodgdon <br />Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Payment <br />D. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 <br />Title: City Manager <br />City Attorney Derleth adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:10 p.m. and at 6:06 p.m.; <br />the meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet in Regular Closed Session and <br />discussed Items A, B and C with no reportable action. <br />A.
