Barrera, City Clerk POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF OCTOBER 18, 2005. Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. CEREMONIAL MATTERS: Presentations, Awards, Proclamations ➢ Presentation Judy Clarke, RDA Project Manager II, who introduced the City of Colton business spotlight recipient Williams Comfort Products located in District 2. Mayor Bennett presented a certificate of appreciation to Warren Shoulders, CEO and Will Harper, for their contribution for enhancing the economy of the City of Colton. ➢ Presentation Police Chief Rulon presented a framed Mission and Value Statement to the Mayor and Council. He introduced three new police officers: Officer Greg Castillo, Officer Harvey Parra, and Officer Jamie Ramirez, and the promotion of Corporal Lou Gamache and Sergeant Alan Koahou. ➢ Introduction Bob Johnson, Library Board President, introduced Pete Carrasco and Pauline Lopez, who were assuming Board positions and acknowledged William Maddox and Maud Rose who were leaving office.
