(16) Parcel Map 16976 — Approved the acceptance of Parcel Map 16976 for recordation. <br />(17) Agreement/LSA Associates, Inc. — (1) Approved the authorization for the City Manager <br />to execute the City's Standard Professional Services Agreement with LSA Associates, <br />Incorporated to prepare the Noted Biological Assessment, with any non -substantive <br />revisions approved by the City Manager, Risk Manager and City Attorney; and (2) <br />approved and adopted a resolution authorizing the budget amendment for an amount <br />not -to -exceed $26,900, RESOLUTION NO. R-135-05. <br />(18) Budget Adiustment/Contribution — Approved and adopted a resolution authorizing staff to <br />increase the revenue in account number 100-5306-000 and appropriations in account <br />number 100-1000-1150-3890 in the amount of $42,000., RESOLUTION NO.
