CITY OF COLTON COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES JANUARY 18, 2005 In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Special Meeting was held on the above given date at 4:35 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Tempore Hernandez presiding. CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL Councilmembers present were, Suchil, Mitchell, Ramos, De La Rosa and Mayor Pro Tempore Hernandez.
