CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />July 25, 2005 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Special Meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Colton was held on the above -given date at 5:25 p.m., with Mayor Pro Tempore Ramos <br />presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were Mitchell, Chastain, De La Rosa, and Mayor Pro Tempore <br />Ramos. CM Suchil arrived at 5:52 p.m. <br />Councilmembers absent were Hernandez and Mayor Bennett. <br />Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of studying and or discussion on the following <br />matters: <br />Redevelopment Agency Budget Workshop <br />City Manager Daryl Parrish opened the workshop and presented Redevelopment Agency <br />Director Candace Cassel who provided a brief overview of what would be presented at this <br />budget workshop, described departmental highlights and answered questions by the <br />boardmembers. <br />• Administration Budget <br />• Economic Development <br />• La Cadena Corridor Project Area <br />• Mt.
