Transient Habitation This was the time and place fixed to consider an ordinance of the city council of the city of Colton amending section 18.22.040 of the Colton municipal code to permit transient habitation as a conditional use within c-2 (general commercial) zones. The Mayor declares the Public Hearing "Open". City Clerk Barrera announced that the Affidavit of Publication is on file in the City Clerk's office and no protests or objections have been received. At 6:43 p.m. CM De La Rosa returned to the dais. Community Development Director Zamora presented for Council consideration and approval of staff's recommendation. PUBLIC COMMENT: None Motion/second by CM Hernandez/Suchil to close public hearing.
