CITY OF COLTON <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIUREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 5, 2006 <br />Regular Meeting held on the above -given date at 6:03 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, with Mayor Pro Tempore Chastain presiding. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Pastor Bob Johnson led the invocation. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Councilmember Hernandez led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Members Present: <br />Mayor Pro Tempore Kelly J. Bennett <br />CITY CLERK'S ITEM: <br />Staff Present: <br />Daryl Parrish, City Manager <br />Dean Derleth, City Attorney <br />Carolina R. Padilla, City Clerk <br />Canvas of Election: General Municipal Election held on November 7. 2006 <br />A Resolution of the City Council Reciting the Fact of the General Municipal Election held on <br />November 7, 2006, declaring the Result and such other matters as provided by Law, <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-155-06. <br />Motion/second by CM Hernandez/Mitchell to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-155-06. <br />Motion carried with Mayor Bennett absent. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />COMMENTS FROM OUTGOING CITY OFFICIALS <br />CM Hernandez listed some of his accomplishments and expressed words of affection and <br />appreciation to his spouse, children, parents, friends, city employees, and members of the dais. <br />Individual remarks were made by the Council and Mayor Pro Tempore. <br />2006 DECEMBER 5 REG CC/RDA/CUA MEETING .2- <br />
