R-23-06. (17) CUA/Contract/Del Mar Analytical — Approved Request to Authorize the City Manager to Execute the City's Standard Professional Services Agreement with Del Mar Analytical for the Potable Water Laboratory Analysis in an Amount Not -to -Exceed $123,375, with any Non -substantive Revisions Acceptable to the City Manager and City Attorney.
