None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Presentation Judy Clarke, RDA Project Manager II, who introduced the City of Colton <br />business spotlight recipient Brithinee Electric located in District 4. Mayor <br />Bennett presented a certificate of appreciation to Don Brithinee for their <br />contribution for enhancing the economy of the City of Colton. <br />• Proclamation Councilmember Mitchell read and presented a proclamation tp Larry <br />Sheffield <br />• Recognition Police Chief Rulon recognized Jeff Neu from Colton Iron and Metal and <br />Matt Leslie from Walmart for their contributions as Colton P.A. L. <br />Sponsors. <br />• Presentation Anamika Pandya, Health Education Intern for the San Bernardino County <br />Child & Family Health Services provided a brief presentation on "National <br />Child Passenger Safety". <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br />Amendment to Contract <br />Approve the Fifth Amendment to the Employment Agreement between the City of Colton and <br />the City Manager. [Item #25, 1/17/06 agenda] <br />Motion/second by CM Hernandez/Suchil to approve and adopt the Fifth Amendment to the <br />Employment Agreement between the City of Colton and the City Manager.
