CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Presentation Police Chief Rulan presented a brief slide presentation on the Armored <br />Rescue Vehicle (ARV) <br />• Presentation IVDA/SBIAA Assistant Director Mike Burrows provided a PowerPoint <br />presentation of past accomplishments and future project plans. <br />• Presentation Colton Chamber of Commerce Boardmember and President Maria <br />Serrano presented a $2000 check to the Parks and Recreation <br />Foundation. <br />• Proclamation Bob Johnson, Library Board of Trustee, President read and presented a <br />proclamation from the Library Board of Trustees to the Mayor and <br />Council. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />The following citizens addressed the City Council: Gil Navarro and Donald Sanders. <br />There was no opposition by the Councilmembers present to the request by Mayor Bennett to <br />bring forward Item 18 from the Staff Reports before continuing to the consent calendar. <br />STAFF RFPC)RTS- <br />Pasqual S. Oliva Underpass <br />Approve Application to attach the Name "Pasqual S. Oliva Underpass" to the City -owned <br />Structure Currently Known as the N Street Underpass. <br />Parks and Recreation Director Smith presented for Council consideration and approval of staff's <br />recommendation. <br />Motion/second by CM Ramos/Suchil.
