That the territory herein referred to as being annexed to 11 the City of Colton is particularly described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Rancho Avenue, 66 feet wide and Stevenson Street, 66 feet wide, said intersection being in the present corporate boundary of the City of Colten;thence south 480 feet, more or less, along said centerline of Rancho Avenue to a point .154 feet north of the centerline of Olive Street:; 66 feet wide; thence west 50 feet on a line parallel to and 154 feet north of the centerline of Olive Street; thence north 10 feet on a line parallel to the centerline of Rancho Avenue; thence along a line bearing S 48 0591 1411 W to a point in the said line parallel to and 154 feet north of the centerline of Olive Street, thence 86 feet west along the line parallel to Olive Street; thence south 154 feet on a line parallel to and 146 feet west of the centerline of Rancho Avenue, to the center line of Olive Street; thence west 100 feet along the centerline of Olive Street; thence north 359 feet on. a line parallel to and 246 feet west of the centerline of Rancho Avenue; thence east 33 feet on a line parallel to and 275 feet, more or .less, south of the centerline of Stevenson Street; thence north
