That the object and purpose for which said indebtedness is to be incurred and bonds issued there- for is as follows: The acquisition and construction by said city of a certain municipal improvement, to wit: a street improvement in the city consisting of an underpass on "N" Street under the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company main -line tracks and siding, with appurtenances and appurtenant work, and including the acquisition of land., easements, rights of way, apparatus, equipment and other property necessary therefor.
