10 <br />i <br />12 <br />1 <br />1i <br />14 <br />15' <br />16 <br />171 <br />18 <br />10 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />SECTION III - FEES <br />Every person, firm or corporation applying for a permit <br />or for renewal of a permit previously revoked or for renewal of an j <br />expired permit under the provisions of this ordinance shall, at <br />the time of making the application,pay an inspection fee in accord -1 <br />ance with the following schedule: <br />TYPE OF BUSINESS --INSPECTION FEE <br />Public Eating Establishment, $20.00 per year. <br />Food Handling, $10.00 per year. <br />Food Markets, including Grocery, Vegetable and <br />Meat Markets, $10.00 per year. <br />Each additional department, add $5.00 per year. <br />(Public eating places in conjunction with markets shall <br />not be included in Food Market permit.) <br />i <br />Itinerant Food Concessions (Fairs, Circuses and <br />Traveling Shows) $5.00 per concession, per location. <br />Cesspool --Septic Tank Trucks, $25.00 per year. <br />i <br />I Public Swimming Pools (as defined in California <br />` Swimming Pool Act) $25.00 per year, except that the <br />fee for swimming pools when operated in conjunction <br />i <br />with any other type business requiring a permit under <br />i <br />this ordinance shall be $10.00 per year. Only one <br />permit shall be issued which shall include the public <br />swimming pool. When more than one pool is operated <br />I� g <br />I on the same premises, the fee shall be $10.00 per <br />year for each additional pool. <br />Pools operated by recreation districts, public schools <br />and other public districts, Exempt. <br />
