This Ordinance is for the immediate preservation of the <br />i <br />public peace, health and safety and shall take effect immediately upon its <br />I <br />adoption and publication. <br />i The facts constituting the urgency thereof are as follows: <br />i This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to the general laws of the State of <br />4 <br />s <br />California for levying municipal taxes to provide for the maintenance of the <br />I <br />I� <br />ions of the City of Colton including police protection, <br />various governmental funct <br />�f fire protection, health regulations and other functions which preserve the <br />public health and safety in the City of Colton. <br />j PPROVED this 22nd day of August <br />PASSED¢ ADOPTED AND A , <br />1961. <br />II <br />ATTEST: <br />ji <br />1j <br />�.ty /Cler <br />I..
