The Modification Committee may permit such minor additions to non <br />conforming buildings or non conforming uses provided that such addition shall <br />E <br />not exceed 1010 of the total gross floor area of such non conforming building <br />or building related to such non conforming use. <br />REFERRAL TO PLANNING COMMISSION: The Modification Committee <br />j may, in its discretion, refer to the Planning Commission any application for <br />i <br />modification for decision by the Planning Commission without further fee to <br />the applicant. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ACT: All acts performed by city officers under the <br />provisions of this ordinance shall be construed as administrative acts performec <br />for the purpose of assuring that the intent and purpose of this ordinance shall <br />apply to special cases, as provided in this ordinance, and shall not be con- <br />strued as amendments to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance or the Zoning <br />Map of the City. <br />FILING OF APPLICATIONS: Application for a modification shall be <br />made in writing to the Planning Commission in such form as approved by the <br />Planning Commission, The Planning Commission may provide forms for <br />1 <br />such purposes and may prescribe the type of information to be provided thereon] <br />No petition shall be received unless it complies with such requirements. ' <br />Applications filed pursuant to this ordinance shall be numbered consecutively <br />in the order of their filing and shall become a part of the permanent official <br />records of the City, and there shall be attached thereto copies of all notices 1 <br />and actions pertaining thereto. <br />INFORMATION REQUIRED: An application for a modification shall be <br />accompanied by the following: <br />1. A plot plan and description of the property involved, plans <br />and descriptions of the proposed use of the property with <br />ground plans and elevations for all proposed buildings. <br />2. A reference to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance from <br />which said property is sought to be excepted. <br />
