That, William S. Barrett, City Engineer of the City of <br />;olton, is hereby directed to cause "Notice of Street Vacation" to be posted <br />as required by the Street Vacation Act of 1941. <br />Section 4. Nothing in this Ordinance shall in any way effect or dis- <br />turb any and all easements for public utilities of the City of Colton now located <br />on or which in the future in accordance with standard installation practices be <br />I <br />
